The ECAO is being established for official ratification on 1st January 2010.
From that date, it is intended to be a non-profit corporation based in Washington State, United States.
The founder of the society is Dr Vernon M Neppe MD, PhD, FRSSAf, DFAPA, DSPE, BN&NP, DPsM (Psychiatry and Neurology), MMed, FFPsych, MMed (Psych) (see www.pni.org).
Dr Neppe is also currently Executive Director of ECAO.
