Absolute requirements for initial and continued participation in ECAO are:
Excellent moral character and the demonstration that the individual is able to perform consultancy positions ethically and appropriately. This is an absolute for all Consultants (Members and Contributors) as well as all Friends (Subscribers, Sponsors and Donors). Decisions of the board are final in instances where they perceive there is some dispute. This is absolute for continued membership and requires completion of annual renewal. There is an ethical obligation to be able to perform properly and the consultant should recognize any limitations they have in performing extended consultations.
Absolute requirements for initial participation as a Consultant in ECAO are:
a. Intelligence minima as listed under Intelligence requirements
b.. Educational level or equivalent for Consultancy.
